In addition, your local zoning laws may specify the size the materials required for commercial gutters, and those requirements typically exceed the specifications for residential gutters.

The rain coming off your large commercial building roof needs to be diverted away from your walls and foundation. Gutters let the water flow off the roof and into downspouts that move the water away from your property's foundation. Seamless gutters provide a more secure gutter system because they are not pieced together. Every place where there are seams is a place where your gutter can leak and become damaged.
Seamless gutters are created on-site to the exact specifications of your property, so there is no waste like there is with pieced together gutters.
In addition, the machine that creates the seamless gutters is mobile and designed for on-site custom gutter fabrication. The companies that make this equipment have perfected the process so it is fast and efficient.
In the end, seamless gutters cost about the same as seamed gutters, but provide a longer-lasting solution with less change of damage.
When leaves accumulate in your gutter, they block the flow of water off the roof. At this congestion points, water will overflow the gutter and spill out onto your walls and foundation. When this happens, you get damage to your property and landscaping, and it can also damage your gutters.
Leaf guards keeps leaves out of the gutter.
