My Best Home Remodeling Experience Ever

Just had a new roof installed by Dayton Roof & Remodeling. They were lightening fast, very polite, and did an absolutely beautiful job.

They also saved us thousands of dollars. I got a total of four quotes and Ron was by far the best value!! Do not confuse them with other companies that have a similar name.

Ron is kind and thoughtful. His crew was very efficient and did an incredible job of cleaning up after the mess of tearing 3 layers of shingles off the house. I was so worried about our pool getting a roofing nail in it or my dog stepping on a roofing nail. But I didn’t need to worry. This crew worked hard and made sure they cleaned up both days.

It took only one day for tear off and a half a day to re-roof our very large roof. Ron was also very flexible about making sure the schedule worked for us. We had to delay the install after having a new concrete driveway poured and needing it to cure.

I have never had a better home remodeling experience!!

Honest, Reasonable Price, and Excellent Work

Ron is very knowledgeable on roofing requirements and answered all my questions. He gave me honest feedback on our roof and the price of the entire roof was very reasonable. He is very prompt to respond.

His team started in the morning 8am and finished by 7pm. They worked nonstop to get everything completed and clean up afterwards.

We are extremely happy with the work and best of all there is great warranty on roof. If I ever needed another roof replaced I would call Dayton Roof & Remodeling. This company does excellent work.

They Worked With Us And Made It So Easy

I cannot say enough great things about this company and I have not even met the individuals who put in my new gutters.

When requesting a quote, I was contacted right away about what exactly would be needed in the quote. Ron was very prompt in his response, adding in extra options of things that may need fixed but I felt no pressure to add these extra items if I was not interested. When the contract needed adjusted, Ron sent it back promptly to be reviewed and signed with the updates.

I received a call a few days prior to putting up the new gutters to make sure the timing was okay. They came out to my house, pulled out my old gutters, fixed the boards underneath that needed fixed and applied new ones without me having to worry one bit. When I came home, there was no evidence anyone had even been there except for my brand new gutters!

The work they did was great! This company is so efficient and they made it so easy to get it taken care of, especially with full time jobs and activities going on.

I would absolutely recommend this company! This is the type of business that you think of when you think of the good ol’ neighborhood, friendly, hardworking company and they do great and efficient work. They even made it super easy and picked up the payment! I am so appreciative of the ease of this process! Thank you!

Prompt Service And Reasonable Price

We moved into our house 2 years ago and it has a roof that is 20 years old. The roof was developing water pockets and we had a small leak starting in our living room.

Ron came within a day to inspect the problem, whereas all other roofing companies we contacted weren’t able to come within a week and gave very unreasonable quotes. Ron and his professional crew replaced our roof within a week at a very reasonable cost.

It was easy to communicate with Ron and he was always available to discussed the process throughout the repair. Ron also recognized a few problems in our roof with a rusty metal plate in our chimney and a rusty side panel near our sloped roof. He fixed both of those issues.
